Brittany volunteers because...
I was moved to volunteer with Hope Xchange because on my journey to stabilization, there was no bipolar role model whom I could look to and say, "there's hope that I can be like you one day." Now that I've found success in my own life, I want to turn around and provide mentorship for those still struggling to find their way. All of us who deal with bipolar disorder need to know that it's possible to lead a happy and healthy life, and if I change but one life I'll be satisfied.
If our suicide prevention and mental wellness programs align with your corporation's giving back and employee matching programs, please consider joining forces and becoming a Hope Xchange Corporate Sponsor.
